We accept the following payment method:

• Credit card payment

The payment deadline depends on the payment method.

• Credit card: Payment is confirmed at the time of order.

Returns are handled under the following conditions. Please read in advance.

• If the item is defective or different from your order, please contact us via the inquiry form within 3 days from the delivery date.
• Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us. We cannot be responsible for accidents during return shipping.
• After inspecting the returned item, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
• Please contact us in advance before returning any item. Unannounced returns will not be accepted. Returns due to customer preference are not accepted.
• For items returned to us, we will store them for one month from the date we contact you. After the storage period, the items will be disposed of.
• If a refund is required, you must respond within one week from the date we contact you. If we do not receive a reply within one week, we will process a refund minus the round-trip shipping costs.
• Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
• More than 3 days have passed since the item arrived to the customer
• The item has been opened, used, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Missing original packaging or accessories
